Refund Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

1. Overview

Refunds on Aritix are handled by event organizers unless the event is cancelled or materially changed. Aritix provides the tools to process refunds, but the decision to issue a refund generally belongs to the organizer.

2. Attendee-Initiated Refunds

If an event organizer has enabled refunds, attendees may request a refund through their Aritix account or by contacting the organizer directly. Refund eligibility depends on the organizer’s published refund policy for that event, which is shown before checkout.

3. Organizer-Initiated Refunds

Organizers can issue full or partial refunds at any time from their dashboard. When a refund is issued, the ticket is automatically cancelled and the attendee is notified by email.

4. Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled, significantly postponed, or moved to a location that makes attendance impractical, attendees are typically entitled to a full refund. Organizers are responsible for communicating changes and processing refunds promptly.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Tickets may not be refundable if the attendee misses the event, changes their mind after the stated refund deadline, or purchases tickets that were explicitly marked as non-refundable. Service fees may be non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider and bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in the attendee’s account.

7. Contact

For refund questions, contact the event organizer first. If you need help using the refund tools, reach out to us at support@aritix.com.
