1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aritix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Aritix. Organizations must use an authorized representative.
3. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event listings, compliance with local laws, honoring refunds per our Refund Policy, and delivering the event as advertised. Aritix provides the ticketing infrastructure but is not the seller of the tickets unless explicitly stated.
4. Fees and Payments
Aritix charges a baseline service fee of 3% + ₦100 per paid ticket. Organizers may choose to absorb this fee, pass it to attendees, or split it. Free events are not charged platform fees. Payouts are made to verified organizer accounts according to the payout schedule shown in the dashboard.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Aritix for fraudulent events, illegal activities, resale outside authorized channels, or any activity that harms the platform, other users, or attendees. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aritix is not liable for event cancellations, disputes between organizers and attendees, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to Aritix for the specific transaction in dispute.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
